EXCHANGE

If you would like a different size or a different version of the item, you can easily do so via our exchange system :

1️⃣ Register for an exchange via Keepoala
2️⃣ Return the item (please note all return conditions)
3️⃣ After review, we will send you your new desired product.

⚠️ Direct exchanges are only possible for the same product category (e.g., a different size or color of swim trunks). If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

RETURN

No problem! You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items and receive a refund.

1️⃣ Register your return via Keepoala
2️⃣ Pack the item securely (see return policy)
3️⃣ Generate DHL label from the portal & return package
4️⃣ We check the return & refund the amount

💡 Returns are generally subject to a fee and will be processed through the Keepoala portal. In exceptional cases, we will cover the costs as a gesture of goodwill.

RETURN POLICY

We can only accept returns of original goods in perfect condition. Please note the following points:

✅ Unworn & unwashed – fitting only
✅ Original packaging and labels must be present
✅ No perfume, no stains, no signs of wear

Every return is personally inspected by us. If the conditions are not met, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

🔹 IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REFUNDS 🔹

If you return individual items from a bundle , the original individual price will be charged.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of the return being processed .

📌 Note regarding the right of withdrawal:

The Keepoala returns portal is not mandatory to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. You can also declare your withdrawal in another way – you can find all the information about this in our cancellation policy .
